We had a great stay thanks to the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and staff. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location near the airport and train station made it easy to get around this city. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

The hotel provided a romantic ambiance that me and my partner really loved. We had a great time taking long showers and enjoyed the comfortable bed. the hotel was situated in close proximity to local restaurants and shops that were perfect for date night. One more great aspect was the availability of free breakfast in the morning.
One downside of this hotel was the language barrier that we encountered with some of the staff who were unable to understand us. Another aspect that we disliked was the absence of bottled water in the room.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the airport shuttle service offered by the hotel. It saved me a lot of time and hassle, especially with all the holiday traffic. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread of food, featuring local cuisine and traditional western options. The room I was assigned was clean and had a comfortable bed.
My xmas stay at this hotel was not entirely pleasant. The heating system in my room was not working, so I had to rely on the extra blankets provided to keep warm.

Located within a convenient distance from the airport and the train station, this hotel proves a great place to stay for those on transit. Guests can also enjoy shopping at the nearby Metro shopping centre or 212 shopping centre. the staff is welcoming and helpful. You can expect clean rooms serviced every day. Facilities like soap and shampoo were provided in the bathroom.
The rooms could use an improvement in terms of ventilation.
